The trial
City of Yarra Council, just like any other city council, has the initiative to reduce road accidents and make our roads safer. This year, they started a speed trial campaign to introduce a new speed limit of 30km/h. To spread their message and the awareness around the trial, they needed a PR lead campaign with a strong eye-catching design look and feel.

To ensure the printed campaign materials stood out on the streets, we based the design on a visual language that is already familiar to road users. Not to be confusing we mixed up the colours to create a high-contrast visual identity, inspired by road signs.
